The real estate lead problem
Portal leads, sign calls, open-house sign-ins and referrals land in different places. Response time decides who gets the client, and most teams have no single view of who was contacted, by whom, and when.
What you get
- One lead inbox for website, open-house and referral leads, with instant text alerts.
- Lead routing to the right agent by area, price range or rotation (Enterprise).
- Deal pipeline from new lead to showing, offer, under contract and closed.
- Client portal where buyers and sellers see milestones, documents and next steps.
- Review requests at closing, sent in one click.
- A brand site you own, not a rented brokerage template.

Do you need IDX listings?
If you want live MLS listings on your site, that requires an IDX feed approved by your MLS, usually at a separate monthly cost. We scope it during onboarding. Many teams start with neighborhood and seller pages, which tend to generate better leads than listing search anyway.
